| 2 | Consultant for Multi-Hazard Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (MHVCA) | 01 | • Master’s degree in Disaster Risk Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. • Proven experience in hazard assessment, vulnerability analysis, and disaster risk reduction. • Expertise in conducting MHVCA in rural, hazard-prone areas, preferably in northern Pakistan. • At least 5 years of experience in the field of disaster risk management or community development. |
| 3 | Consultant for Leadership and Management Skills trainings | 01 | • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, or related fields • Expertise in leadership development, organizational management, and community mobilization. • At least 5 years of training experience with CBOs or local community organizations. • Proven ability to conduct training workshops and build management capacities at the grassroots level. |

Additional selection criteria:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, computer skills with knowledge of local languages (Pashto) will be preferred.
- Internal positions are only for NIDA-Pakistan current staff or those staff members whose profiles/CVs were shared with client with bidding documents, no external candidates will be entertained on the internal marked positions,
- Candidates from districts of Swabi, Peshawar, Nowshera and Haripur having relevant qualification and fulfill the criteria will be highly preferred. Knowledge of Local langue Pushto and Hindko is essentials for all filed level positions.
