NIDA-Pakistan Signed Project Agreement with Government of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Health Department’s Health Foundation under public private partnership (PPP) model for management of Category “D” Hospital FR–DI-Khan. NIDA-Pakistan will responsible to over all management of the hospital for the period of three years 2020-2023.

NIDA-Pakistan Singed Project Extension Agreement with UNESCO Pakistan for Mainstreaming out of School Children and Girls Right to Education Projects in Kohistan and Swat Districts. NIDA-Pakistan under the projects will enroll out of School girls and boys and will improve reatination of enrolled children through provision of Missing facilities to schools, teachers and PTCs/SMCs Capacity building as well as robust and holistic social mobilization.
NIDA-Pakistan in partnership with British Council Pakistan initiated Dosti Component for recreational activities and joyful learning in the project targeted schools of District Kohistan. NIDA-Pakistan in partnership with British Council is working on ilmpossible Take a child to School Project where NIDA-Pakistan will be enrolling 5000 out of school children in three districts of Kohistan in close coordination with local communities and education department.
NIDA-Pakistan in partnership with District Governments of Shangla, Swat, Mardan, Peshawar and Kohistan districts raised community awareness on COVID-19 prevention and precautions. NIDA-Pakistan also distributed 400 food packages/ ration basket among needy and deserving g families affected by local down and economic crises. NIDA-Pakistan also distributed PPEs like face mask, hand sanitizers as well as awareness and promotion printed materials on COVID-19 throughout these districts .
